Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is an absolute gem! The rooms are even better than they look in the pictures, modern, and spotless clean. They even leave an envelope for you to leave a tip, how thoughtful! The service is top-notch, incredibly friendly, and always ready to help. The location is superb, right next to the Presidio in a safe neighborhood, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a fantastic value for money.
The hotel is nestled in a nice neighborhood, close to the Golden Gate Bridge and downtown San Francisco, offering convenient access to attractions like Presidio Park. While parking is limited and the rooms may be a bit dark due to surrounding buildings, the friendly service and inclusive breakfast make for a pleasant stay.
The hotel rooms were perfect and comfy, recently renovated with new fixtures, bed, and TV, although a bit dark. The service, while polite and great at helping with transportation routes, had issues like being loud outside rooms and overcharging guests. The location was ideal for exploring San Francisco, near the Palace of Fine Arts and the Golden Gate Bridge, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience was sufficient to start the day, but with room for improvement in freshness of offerings.
